REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

At vintage-clothing.co.uk, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a free replacement.

Since all of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user error such as incorrect size, pattern or color selection.

Please note that our products are customized and made on demand; therefore, they are not always in stock. Also, the advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting in photography or the display on your monitor. Therefore, we allow a deviation of up to 20% between the advertised images and the actual item you receive.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the best products and will replace your order in the following cases:

  • The item is defective.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The item received differs from the product originally shown on our website.

Please email us at support@vintage-clothing.es with a photo of the item received and detailed photos showing the defect. We will use this information to facilitate the exchange and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your request is approved, you will receive a free replacement.

For any other queries, please email support@vintage-clothing.es . Our customer service team will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for the refund to appear in your account. Unauthorized returns or the return of washed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund or exchange and items will not be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it can take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@vintage-clothing.es .

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if there are errors in production and shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@vintage-clothing.es . Our customer service team will review your request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

What proof do I need to provide for replacement?

It is important that you provide all necessary evidence to clarify shipping or product errors. Please make sure to send all required photos. Otherwise, we cannot offer a replacement.

Incorrectly delivered item:

  • Image of shipping label

Size issue:

Please send us the following images as proof:

  • Image of shipping label
  • Photo measuring the size of the product with a ruler
  • Size on the outsole label
  • Outsole length, measured with a ruler
  • Photo of the product received

Damaged items: Please send us the following proof photos:

  • Image of the damaged item
  • Image of shipping label

Cancellations

If you change your mind about a purchase, please email us at support@vintage-clothing.co.uk and state your order number and the desired changes. We will confirm the cancellation or modification of your order.

Your order can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order is released for processing and cannot be cancelled. Please note that a processing and transaction fee (20% of the total order value) applies for cancellation.
